SCRIPTURE - CONTRADICTIONS

There are several seeming contradictions in doctrine between the Book of Mormon and the Doctrine and Covenants and Pearl of Great Price. Many consider these differences to have resulted from the evolution of Joseph Smith's approach to Mormonism (the Book of Mormon arrived in 1830, whereas the other two books arrived, in various forms, many years later.) Many members of the Utah Church are unaware of these contradictions, or are unable to explain why they exist.
